As part of the study of the genetic variability of the new coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 in Portugal, a website was launched (https://insaflu.insa.pt/covid19/) where the results of this virus genome sequencing can be viewed by the entire scientific community, along with the associated metadata.
The website is updated regularly with the sequencing information of new SARS-CoV-2 genomes.
